What is the difference between the Basic and Premium plans?
The Basic plan is a single-page landing with the essentials: photos, description, contact, and your domain. The Premium plan is a complete multi-page website, with detailed rooms, a large gallery, 7 languages, statistics, and priority support. You can see a demo of each one above.
Is there a commitment? Can I cancel whenever I want?
There is no commitment. You can change plans or cancel whenever you want from your panel. If you cancel, your website remains published until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Does Roomlyz manage the bookings or payments of my guests?
No. Roomlyz does not manage the bookings or payments of your guests. Roomlyz is your website, your online showcase: a professional place for travelers to find you, see your accommodation, check important information, and easily reach the channel where you already manage bookings. The booking buttons can link to your Booking profile, Airbnb, Vrbo, your external booking engine, WhatsApp, email, or any link you provide. The management of availability, payments, commissions, messages, and conditions remains on your usual platforms, just as it has been until now.
How do I pay you and what does the price include?
Payment is monthly or annually, securely by card through Stripe. The price includes website hosting, security certificate, updates, and support. There are no hidden costs or surprises.
